I was about to brush teeth just now when I noticed the toothpaste was far too evenly distributed throughout the toothpaste tube for my liking. So I decided to give it the good old bottom-up-toothpaste-condenser, which is always a satisfying experience.
Except the cap wasn't on tight enough. And when I gave it the final squeeze the cap flew off and toothpaste went everywhere.
